Pet Portrait FAQ

Q: Does my photo need to be high-resolution?

A: Yes, the best results come from high-resolution (300ppi) photos. Sometimes we can make photos from social media work. Learn more about how to check image resolution on our blog. If you have a low-resolution photo you'd like to use, it's best to contact us before you place your order so we can let you know if it will work.

Q: Can you edit items out of my original photo?
A:
In most cases, yes! Although there may be an additional charge depending on the complexity. It's best to message us first in order to make sure we can accommodate your request. Larger edits may require a purchase of edits from here: Photoshop Edits
